As a Production Coach / Shift Manager you will be responsible for coaching and overseeing production activities for the assigned Business Unit team. Duties include:
• Driving results for reliability, labor, materials, packaging, supplies, and reduction of losses;
• Ensuring that procedures, processes and SOPs are followed at all times;
• Ensuring line staffing and training;
• Completing performance reviews and follow-ups;
• Facilitating team meetings.

Qualifications:
• 4-year degree required, Engineering or Food Science preferred
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience with some food processing experience;
• One or more years experience in a Continuous Improvement environment using Lean or TPM;
• Willing to work 2nd or 3rd shift;
• Excellent verbal and written communication, problem solving, organizational, math, analytical, mechanical aptitude and computer skills.
